Super Villains: Naria

Naria doesn't know how she got her power. Anytime someone is near her, she can read their minds, take over their bodies, and freeze them in place. She didn't choose to be bad, but people get scared when she plays with them, and they try to hurt her if she releases them. She has to tie them up and punish them.
